World Cup 2023 draw completed in Manila

MANILA (Philippines) - The South Sudan Basketball Federation is thrilled to share that the Senior Men's National Team has completed its first ever FIBA World Cup Draw.

Laying out the pathway for all teams in their journey to be crowned champions, it has further intensified the excitement ahead of the 19th edition of the prestigious tournament, which will take place from August 25 to September 10.

The Bright Stars joined China, Serbia, and Puerto Rico in Group B which boasts nations all with experience and recognition within the game of Basketball.

It is an honor to be able to raise the flag of South Sudan on the stage of the FIBA World Cup this upcoming summer in Manila, Philippines.
